Greetings!
Just like Willie, we are on the road again and loving every minute of it. Of course I have been busy but I don't seem to find a compelling reason to add to my blog when I am at home. We hightailed it directly for Florida from Washington, leaving on the 12th of February and arriving in Ocala on
February 16th. 3100 miles in 5 days. Over 600 miles a day. We were blessed to have favorable driving conditions. We had a brief amount of snow in Eastern Wyoming and fog in Nebraska. That is about it.
We celebrated Valentines Day in Kansas City, MO by going to Applebee's. Thankfully we have a good marriage, very stable and very secure!
We enjoyed our concert in Ocala immensely as it was a return engagement. We felt like we were seeing friends again. Deb Bond is a real "firecracker" with the amount of energy and enthusiasm she has. Katherine and I were invited to the Bond's home for an after concert time with a few on the concert association board. We especially enjoy going to people's homes as we find ourselves in hotel rooms.
